Homes of Distinction is owned, managed and operated by the two
partners who can offer an accummulative total of 35 years experience in
the property industry. The company was established in 1997 to satisfy
the demand for a small independent real estate agency concentrating on
upmarket properties in the Sandton, and specifically, Bryanston area.
Sales to the value of R35 million were achieved within the first year
of operating, and subsequent years have consistently exceeded the previous
years. This success is attributed to personalised service to buyer and
seller alike often resulting in multiple transactions with the same client.
