• Entries close 31 October. 
• Winner will be contacted within 10 days via entry details provided. 
• One winner drawn at random will receive a R2,000 nursery voucher from Stodels Garden Centre Bryanston. 
• Prize not transferable or exchangeable. 
• If the winner cannot be reached within 2 working days, Homes of Distinction reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• By entering, you consent to your name/photos being used for promotional purposes.

1. PromoterThis competition is organised and promoted by Homes of Distinction (“the Promoter”).
   
   
2. Eligibility
   
   
3. • The competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or over.
   • Employees, agents, contractors or immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
     
     
3. How to Enter
   
   
4. • To enter, participants must submit before and after photographs of their patio or garden makeover using the official online entry form provided by the Promoter.
   • Only entries submitted via the official entry form will be considered.
   • Entrants must ensure that photographs submitted are their own original work.
   • No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
     
     
4. Entry Period
   
   
5. • The competition closes at 5pm on 31 October 2025.
   • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
     
     
5. Prize
   
   
6. • One winner will receive a R2,000 nursery voucher from Stodels Garden Centre, Bryanston.
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
   • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control require it.
     
     
6. Winner Selection & Notification
   
   
7. • The winner will be selected at random in a lucky draw from all valid entries received.
   • The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing date.
   • The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided on the entry form.
   • If the winner cannot be reached within 2 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
     
     
7. Consent & Use of Entries
   
   
8. • By entering, participants grant the Promoter the right to use their name, photographs and submitted content for promotional purposes (including social media, websites and other marketing channels) without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
   • Personal information collected will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

9. • Entrants may choose to receive competition-related updates (confirmation of entry, reminders, status updates) by ticking the relevant consent box on the entry form.

    • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may require proof of identity, age or ownership of submitted photographs.
    • The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend the competition if it becomes necessary to do so.
    • The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
      
      
10. Governing LawThese Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
