In this current fast past lifestyle we need to find some balance between our personal/family lives and our work life. Luckily technology has given us a variety of platforms to help us plan our lives and remind us of the important events and goals that we have set for 2017. Don’t be scared of cloud apps, once you understand the benefits you will never look back!

Google Calendars
If you are still using a paper diary, it is time to go digital! There are many reasons why you should switch: A digital calendar like a Google calendar syncs to all you devices, phone, tablet and computer with no cables and actual syncing. It sits in the cloud so it is always up to date. If your computer or phone is stolen all you need is your password for Google to access your calendars.  They can also be shared with multiple people; colour coded and send you email reminders as scheduled by you.

Gmail
Gmail allows you to add multiple accounts that all feed into one Gmail mailbox. You can also send from different mail accounts. Again this is a cloud service so no need to worry about loosing your mails.

Creating local excel and word docs are fine if you are working locally but if you wish to share the documents you may want to try Google Sheets and Docs. They are also saved in your GDrive for easy access and cloud storage.
