Terms & Conditions
Promoter
This competition is organised and promoted by Homes of Distinction (“the Promoter”).
Eligibility
- The competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older.
- Employees, agents, contractors or immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
- Only one entry per person is allowed.

Entry Period
- The competition closes at midnight on 28 February 2026l.
- Entries received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
Prize
- One winner will receive a R2,000 voucher for Le Rêve Spa, located at:274 Bryanston Drive, Bryanston, Sandton, 2191.
- The prize:
- Is non-transferable
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control require it.
Winner Selection & Notification
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
- The draw will take place within 7- 10 working days after the competition closing date.
- The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided during entry.
- If the winner cannot be reached within 2 (two) working days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Consent & Use of Entries
By entering the competition, any participant who wins:
- Grants the Promoter the right to use their name for promotional and marketing purposes (including social media, websites and digital marketing channels), without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Agrees that personal information collected will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Opt-In Communications
- Entrants may opt in to receive competition-related updates (entry confirmation, reminders and status updates).
- Entrants may separately opt in to receive marketing and promotional communications from the Promoter.
- Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Entrants may reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out at any time.
General
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, lost or misdirected entries.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may require proof of identity or age.
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or suspend the competition if necessary.
- The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
- Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
