The following Terms and Conditions will appear on the competition landing page when entrants follow the link to enter.
Promoter
This competition is organised and promoted by Homes of Distinction (“the Promoter”).
Eligibility
The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
To qualify for the draw, entrants must reside within the Homes of Distinction service area indicated on the map and area list provided below.
Employees, agents, contractors or immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be removed from the draw.
How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:

- Follow Homes of Distinction on Facebook and Instagram.
- Sign up for the Homes of Distinction monthly newsletter.
Entrants must complete all required entry steps for their entry to be valid.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Closing Date
The competition closes at 23:59 on 31 August 2026.
Entries received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
Prize
One winner will receive a Beauty@Mowana Lords & Ladies Spa Package for two people valued at R2,500.
The package includes the following for each guest:
- A 60-minute aroma full-body massage
- A 45-minute Honeybush facial
- A 60-minute Mowana pedicure
- A spa breakfast or luncheon
- Complimentary local beverages
The prize is subject to Mowana Spa’s booking availability, operating hours and applicable voucher terms.
Any additional treatments, meals, beverages or services not specifically included in the package will be for the winner’s own account.
Transport and other expenses associated with redeeming the prize are not included.
The prize:
- Is non-transferable
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items
- Must be redeemed in accordance with the terms and validity period stated on the voucher
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected through a random draw from all valid entries received.
The draw will take place within seven to ten working days after the competition closes.
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided on the entry form and may also be announced on the Homes of Distinction social media pages.
The winner must provide a copy of their valid South African identity document and proof of address to confirm their eligibility and residence within the Homes of Distinction service area.
If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within two working days of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The prize may be forfeited if the selected winner does not meet the eligibility requirements or cannot provide the required supporting documents.
Consent and Use of Winner Information
By entering the competition, the winning participant:
- Grants the Promoter permission to publish and use their name for competition-related promotional and marketing purposes across social media, websites and digital marketing channels without additional compensation unless prohibited by law
- Agrees that their personal information may be processed for the administration of the competition in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”)
Any photographs, videos or additional promotional content involving the winner will be subject to the winner’s consent.
Opt-In Communications
Entrants may opt in to receive competition-related communications including entry confirmations, reminders and winner updates.
Entrants may separately opt in to receive newsletters, marketing information and promotional communications from Homes of Distinction.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided or by contacting Homes of Distinction.
General
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, duplicated, lost or misdirected entries.
The Promoter is not responsible for technical problems, interrupted internet connections, website errors or other circumstances that may prevent an entrant from submitting an entry.
Entries containing false, misleading or incomplete information may be disqualified.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, postpone or suspend the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
The Promoter will not be held responsible for any changes, cancellations or restrictions imposed by the prize provider.
The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
